I think that's not the point here that BLTA needs to be blamed for where we are but the FAA. What worries me is exactly this: if progress and hence success is 100% depending on the FAA's discretion than I think this might be even worse than BLTA having direct control over things to do and steps to be taken. Now BLTA is nothing more than a puppet on stings and all our investments fully depend on bureaucrats (who might be corrupt!).
Good thing is: pps seem to stabalize around .001 which is much better than what I had expected. Additionally today is definately the worst day for the next three weeks to come as it is now clear for everybody that nothing will happen in the next three weeks. So, if today 'only' brings us down to .001 than I consider this as being not too bad
