From this morning's conference call:

He said we (NTI unit holders) will get the 4th Q distro, and "probably" the 1Q distro. Anything else , he said, will be pro-rated. And, he said, the distros are in addition to the purchase price to be paid to unit holders. quote]l
Pro rated based on the price of WNRs stock is what I get from that. So we should be able to get the 26.06 and at least the payout in Feb.
