NuTech Energy Resources Inc. (NERG)

I spoke with Wyoming's Secretary of State office last week and inquired if NuTech Energy Resources was licensed with the state. They said they had no record. I then asked about EcoEmissions, they have no record she said. I then asked for a search of the president, they had no record she said. Now perhaps NERG is working on the paperwork still or working under someone else's business license, it's possible. However if NERG lists there office in Gillette WY one would expect they would certainly have a business license right? There should be an easy explanation I hope.
