Re: untendering my shares, yesterday I asked the Corporate Reorganization Rep. at TD to do it, he read back what I asked him to do, he told me the conversation was recorded, and that was it-the shares were returned this morning
He also told me when I asked him that if wanted to retender my shares prior to Jan. 21, I could so it and it would be the same as the first time, which was pretty much the same procedure to untender them.
One can also do it themselves on line if one so chooses but why bother when it can be done by snapping one's fingers.
In all fairness, I can't say if it is as simple with other firms or not and/or what happens if one bought the shares at another time.
All of my shares which I tendered were purchased prior to the initial offer on November 10.
