Oh ofcourse, technical analysis is really for the periods without major news... Doesn't matter about all the bullish trends, if they can't deliver on the 15th, this will slowly head further down leaving mostly longs clinging onto their investments. Charts just show the trends and they show you the probability of success or failure... So its really a "If this tanks to a low, I'll prolly lose 50% of my money... if this succeeds however, I'll make 5 to 10 times my money..." and so IMO reward outweighs the risk at this point.
