That's true, but the Nigerian contingent (the majority) of the JDA/JMC will never ratify a rewritten treaty that leaves ERHE out of the picture. SEO would have heads rolling.

ERHC's share of JDZ oil; 1 billion barrels. Once proven, ERHE will be $10+. All we need is time and patience.
