The ITC complaint identifies Apple Inc., LG (LG Electronics, Inc., LG Electronics U.S.A., Inc., and LG Electronics MobileComm U.S.A., Inc.), Samsung (Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd., Samsung Electronics America, Inc., Samsung Telecommunications America, LLC, and Samsung Semiconductor, Inc.), and Qualcomm Incorporated as proposed respondents. ParkerVision has requested that the ITC institute an investigation into the proposed respondents’ infringing imports and sales, and that it bar them from continuing to import and sell their infringing products in the United States. - OH MY!
