Not expecting it to go over 1.50 on Monday. As a comparison, look at IDWD.pk which recently announced a buyout. It is still trading below half the buyout price.

I do expect there will be delays and complications in consumating the deal and reaching a closing date. Also it is true that DD is probably required prior closure, and if examination of the books does not meet the expectations, the buyer will lower their offer rather than buy at the recently proposed price.
