Kindly remember ... everything that I post here is simply my OPINION ... and that's all.

In answer to your question: a privately-held company can make greater use of HIPPQ's tax deferred assets, and can (most importantly) more positively affect the tax status of that company's shareholders (which are generally the 'insiders').

Why "share" those very valuable assets with yet another group of clamoring "iHub rabble", eh?
