Buy some tracing paper and look at the last time (pre - REVERSE) this hit 4's.
That will give you the lay of the land all the way down to $0.0135 when Perlowin Reversed everyone out of their shares.
Guess he'll Reverse again--or go sub penny. But once sub penny...well if you trade this junk, you know what happens.
