Agreed. I don't think he's callous just clueless. He defended his decision to use shares to pay the debt many times and totally ignored the need to stabilize the share price so it could be used for that purpose. Now the stock is worthless and if he tries to pay debt with it he'll wipe us out. He also cannot use it for acquisitions. Who wants to trade their company for a .0008 stock you can sell for .0004? He really doesn't understand what's going on.
