I think it's possible based on what I've read on the outerwebz, Ultraflix currently features (0) zero of these films. Is that possible? After all of the annoying PR's and weasel wording about "mou's" and agreements, partnerships, etc it looks like they all found a way to let ntek screw them over. If ntek screws k2, k2 screws vgtl. Curious to see if vgtl sues k2 for breach of contract or ntek? Vgtl was awfully proud to say they had a deal with ntek, when in reality it appears to have been k2. Who knows? So f'd up.

Problem here is vgtl went through K2 as the middle man, who is currently in the process of suing ntek. I don't think even ntek is ballsy enough to continue to offer the films when they haven't allegedly honored their contract with K2.

"VGTel, Inc. Announces Partnership With K2 Communications to Release Films Originally Produced for IMAX(R) Theaters in New Ultra High Definition (4K) Format"

QUOTE:

NEW YORK, NY -- (Marketwired) -- 11/12/13 -- VGTel, Inc. (OTCQB: VGTL)announced
today that it entered into a Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU")

END QUOTE.

*In my book "mou" is pinky code for sketchy.

"VGTel-360 Entertainment and K2 Communications Announces Licensing Agreement With Nanotech"

QUOTE:

VGTel-360 Entertainment, which finances and develops, produces and distributes 4K UHD content through subsidiaries Motion Picture Scanning Services and Grand Schema Entertainment, licenses its films for distribution through Los Angeles-based K2 Communications, which reached agreement with NanoTech.

END QUOTE.

* A lot of weasel wording here IMO. According to them, this is how ntek got their large screen stuff (do we even have them?): vgtl --> MPSS&GSE --> K2 --> NTEK.

*Vgtl said they licensed the films to ntek. But then they go on to say k2 has the agreement with ntek. So in reality, vgtl through their subsidiaries licensed the films to K2 and whatever K2 decides to do with them is up to K2, who came to an agreement with NTEK. Whatever. The PR also said Ultraflix will be bundled with SONY 2014 4K tv's too. That turned out to be a lie, whether you want to qualify that lie as intentional or unintentional that's up to you, but add it to the lies list.
