He!!. I never said it wasn't relevant and personally I could give a ratz azz less.. Companies raise cash all the time. That's why they go public! Imo the smartest move a company and CEO can make is to have an S-3 in place to raise cash especially when they have a product as revolutionary as Magnegas2 and there are folks jumping on board as fast as they are. These are gifts from them to us imo, if in fact they have even begun to let a few go.

You said you didn't even know what an S-3 was and all of a sudden you're trying to sound like an expert? You do realize an S-3 is good for 3 yrs I believe. It's called a shelf registration so it can sit on a shelf and used as needed.

If you had something as huge as Magnegas2, wouldn't you want to raise capital along the way to support your business so you can keep growing, Greg?
