If the pps breaks $4 share...??? The game would completely change; new deal cancelled, OS would be 13m shares not 52m, additional $9m capital would still be injected.....oh what a completely different path could be taken.

Get the momo going and everybody who enters within the next months will be a winner....

That is one literal way to put the current Nsph situation. The derivative states the previois: Nsph hangs here and OS is 52m shares / if pps hits $4 plus the O/S remains ~ 13.5m (either way.... and required cash and fundamnetals support it....going forward....)

A public investment is valued at a 80% reduction in stake- $12.5M roughly to stop reduction in public ownership (retail). That's a hefty amount....probably easier to achieve at $10/ shares .....easier to sell 1.2m shares at $10 than 3+M shares at $4......

Likely/ unlikely???? I don't know, but something to contrmplate if she moves....?????
