To be fair, JB's timeframe in that link you provided is probably not unrealistic - he shows mining beginning in 10 years, which is supposedly the average timeframe these days to develop a mine.

The crazy thing is hyping a company with speculative talk about mine development, which methods to use, etc. when there is not yet a discovery! JB knows one thing exceedingly well - how to play to his audience.
