I understand but I don't believe NTEK can afford either lawsuit on two points. They are literally dumping millions of shares to stay afloat let alone pay for attorney fees and a possible judgement. Fact, they are in debt. Secondly, if this goes to discovery which ntek has been fighting tooth and nail - ex. Repeatedly cancelling Foley's depositions and rescheduling after he went to Taft. - if it goes to discovery and the plaintiff questions get addressed - which ntek has been flat out refusing to answer -

There are things that are going to come out that will likely bring to light certain details they don't want coming out into the light IMO. For example, the company they sent shares to (and later took back) was actually IPC Corporate in Belize.

Do you have proof Netflix was dealing with offshore criminals? Ntek did.

I don't think they can afford that. If you or I were the CEO I'd want all of the evidence to come into the light to exonerate the company, wouldn't you? Nothing to hide - transparency is a good thing. This is not how NTEK has been operating. Look at the deflect and redirect practices of their IR firm. Why the secrets? Form 15.

You don't see what you don't want to see.
