IMO comparing Ultraflix to Netflix is nonsense. This could all come crashing down on NTEK because of some allegedly very sketchy activity outlined in the court documents. Add to that Royal Capital Group, FS Global, SEC banned Auditor, dealings with Andrew Godfrey, Robert Bandfield (IPC Corporate Services, Belize) around time of Longside contracts. Google them.
