Why wouldn't plugged oil wells have residue or seepage?
The Okie well produced 45 bbls in its last year. Before the oil price crash, wells producing less than 100 bbls/d were shutdown. Costs too much to operate. So 36.5K bbls/yr is uneconomical, but in the fantasy Porter world of BAYP moist is good enough?
