OWOO....How and why? Have you read the terms of the merger? It may be huge for Tonner but I doubt it will do much for OWOO common holders. We will probably get very little of the new stock if they do a r/s merger and new issue. The only good thing I see, is the end of OWOO 'do nothing' management team....They will walk the plank.lol Tonner's crew will be at the helm of the new ship.
