Oil price is much too low, that a profitable exploration is possible. That might be the reason, the well have fallen dry. The wells are dry, because the do not currently explore the oil deposits, not because ther is not enough oil. Still I'm puzzeld that despite winter beginnings in the northern hemishere, not a uprise of the price had occured.
