I'm laughing at this one - maybe his priority should have been to enhance relationships with the employees and franchisees and vendors, instead of pissing them all off? From what I have heard, there are only 2 employees (not counting the CEO Itin) who were there when he started that are still there (the bookkeeper and a low level store support guy). And the storeowners mightuily dislike this guy, and the vendors hate him and take their dislike out on the stores.
