For those that have untendered their tendered shs, they reported that it is simple to do. Simply call your broker and he/she will guide you thru the process on a recorded line. Or arrange for you to so with a third person witness. Simple and easy.

For those that have tendered ,you risk having your shs tied up until May 2016. Astellas is under no obligation to buy those shares if they fail to get majority.
