GFCI..

Well it looks as though GFCI is doing the impossible hat trick..A agreement with Lymec as to where lymec will sell it's stock.. with out shown finanicals... They have an agreement with Lymec as to what lymec will sell it's stock for... but do not announce it,, In fact Lymec announces it.. Thier sale price appears to be regardless of any condition of GFCI and Lymec warns that any hostle bid for GFCI will cost the company making the bid a 5 year commitment twards the Lybia poject plus $28,000,000 to Lymec.. It also states that this is awarning shot over the bow fired by Lymec to any one making a bid that Lymec is in control of Lybia regardlees of how much the control of GFCI.. I believe that $2.25 a share is agreed as a price they would sell GFCI but I see no place in the release that an offer has been made..

Lyamec announces that it has reached an agreement with Grifco (Pink Sheets: GFCI - News) to move on the USD $2.25 per share offer: "We look forward to receiving fully executed documents in the upcoming days, and look forward to move to closing." Lyamec states acquisition initiatives on the 5 year outlined USD $76.5 Million GPC approved Libya facility entails an additional premium of USD $28 Million to be paid directly to Lyamec.

So if I get this straight,, Lymec and GFCI got together an agreed that lymec would sell it's stock for $2.25 per share... As to wether they have a bid is the question..Then if a bid was accepted Lymec has made it know that the buyer regardless of the shares bought will have no say and must commit over $76,500,000 in lybia in the next 5 years and in addition must pay Lymec $28,000,000 for the privledge..

The press release is edited by the same person that has edited a majority of GFCI press releases...

If they have a bid why don't they announce it,, The announcement by Lymec seem to make it impossible for any company to make a bid.. But on monday there will again be fireworks and as I believe there are now over 30 million shares in the float the only sellers will be from the longs.. How long will they hold out before the first seller appears.. My guess is $0.18 and GFCI should trade at 0.21 before the day is out.. after that,, until sharecounts and finanicals are released no one else will care... hank
