So the OS per the 10-K for the period ending July 31, 2015 was 4.3 billion and as of this 8-K the OS is 3.6 billion... that would be 700,000,000 less... about the same amount set aside for the 9/17 Centaurian note that appears to have been paid off... which should be confirmed in the 10-Q... if not that perhaps a share repurchase program...?
