It would seem if a company wanted to purchase VPLM and pick up as many shares as possible to cut the overall cost, they would be wise to wait until after the first of the year to make an anouncement. This would allow them to pick up shares as the new year approaches and people are selling for tax reason thinking they will purchase back after the first of the year.
