At this point, I'm guessing that it will be delayed into early next year. This isn't the ideal time of the year to release a nearly untested app, shortly before the San Diego Comic Con would have been a much better time of the year. A delay would also give time for Oceana to have shares available to dump into the market, should trading volume increase.
If, POWfolio was coming out on time, would expect Benny and David to be shouting about it from the rooftops (with trumpets blowing). And, space on REDG's website (and Facebook page) showing off some of the great content they have lined up to release with the app.
But, we are getting near silence from the REDG camp. I think, even if Benny were to get the app out on time, it might prove to be a disappointment.
