And it (TVIX) can get there again....if (when) the "markets" (DOW) crashes at least a 1,000 points...from "here"!! This can certainly happen but the "market" looks like it's being Stepped Down which can be very dangerous for any Short positions (or long the VXX, TVXX, SQQQ)!!
