I have no problem understanding that DNAP needs to obtain funding for their advancements. I just wonder how they are going to do it without exchanging newly authorized shares for the cash.
I also have no problem with such an exchange, although it would contradict what we have been led to believe.
Dilution is not necessarily a bad thing, if it enables the company to survive and prosper. Selling the authorized shares after repeatedly denying such an intention to do so, could be cause for discomfort.
