100%. Definitely 100%.

The reason is that the acquirer will be a PRIVATELY-held company ... and as such, they will certainly not want "us" to continue to hold ANY "ownership" interest whatsoever. They'll pay us for ALL of our shares ... and then bum-rush us to the door.
