May I suggest staying out of the Pink sheets...Every company here requires share holders to bear the bulk of the funding until they can produce cash on their own. That's why they start off here and try to move to the "Big Boy" exchanges.
Just like AMBS plans to do in the future...not sure of the setbacks yet, but I am sure the company is not happy about where the PPS is at right now either. If you want a company that is already producing cash, then I would suggest you look towards the NYSE, or NASDAQ.
GC although not the best businessman, I am sure is trying to get us out of this hole that he as put us in. What son ever wants to let down his father...let alone his father's life work on Gene Therapies. Give it a chance, it appears that he may be learning from his mistakes. If a deal is reached with Overseas investors, it will be announced at the JP Morgan conference, and the PPS will take off like a rocket. Looking for 10-15X increase right off the bat. Just look at the mild spike in a day last week...with true verifiable deals, and only 15M shares outstanding, You will be quite surprised. Not many companies out there can brag about such a pipeline of products and have such a small O/S amount. ESS starting Phase III will be huge...DX Spinoff will be huge...FDA Approval of ESS for PD LID will be huge...any number of grants or financing deals will be huge...
