OUCH! That hurts. The FDA requested human trials. Just like some of us said they would. This means even if the animal trials are completed, and after IF they pass, they will have to fund first (very expensive) then perform the trials, then collect the data and resubmit. You are realistically looking at not submission but a decision not until 2017 some time. All while the cash burn rate will increase. Very bad news to hear. Interesting how Mr. CEO neglected to mention this (Even to his own shareholders). Instead when he said "We now have a clear path" but didn't mention it. ALl while the 1:3K is about to happen.
