The ABB info on FCPA was very revealing, particularly the part about using consultants to funnel bribes to government officials. What concerns me is the list of consultants that ERHE has used. Eight consultants. Two are located at the same address in Belieze (60 Market Square). Four are located in Mauritius with three of them located at the same address (Happy World House, of all names). If you were a government investigator, wouldn't that tweak your interest? When I saw those names and addresses, I sure had the thought that these 'consultants' were BS. All the government has to do is imply the same, surround the charges with lawyer words that make a sunny day sound like a day from hell, and it is enough to make any company call uncle and settle without admitting guilt. (That assumes no wrong doing was done, which I'm not saying is the case.)

Edit: the eight consultants mentioned above were from the search warrant that rocky posted. There could be more consultants that ERHE used but these eight were the ones the govt was interested in seizing documents on.
