James, I'm long here too, just like most of the disloyal, dissatisfied shareholders that you say is a very small minority. The concept that the "CEO is testing" our loyalty is ludicrous!
I am loyal to the extent that I see the potential to profit with my stock holdings over time; sometimes it's a buy and hold and other times it is a quick flip. Make no mistake that their is not a single person holding BRWC stock that isn't going to sell...flip...their holdings at some point, even you and shorty will sell at some point. Does that make you disloyal? Or, are we only disloyal because we dare ask difficult questions?
I promise you that if the pps of BRWC runs hard in January (for tax purposes as you say), I will profit just as much as anyone else; even though I've been disloyal and asked difficult questions and pointed out questionable practices. Francine is not my girlfriend testing me on my loyalty and faithfulness to her and she is not testing anyone's loyalty to Boreal. If she is, the company is in serious trouble!
