I don't understand all the speculation about the confidential information. If you read the document, you will see that they broke down the pricing of the parts that they will make with Arete, including their profit margin. They don't want to share this information with competitors.

Also, they listed the IP that Sigma is sharing with Arete, which will be used by both companies to make the parts. Again, they needed to agree on what each brought to the partnership, but they don't want to share this with others. But it is pretty easy to guess what most of that IP consists of (Inspect, Printrite, Deform, etc), but there may be one or two that are not yet public knowledge.
