Two things, first the company name change to Cloudweb Inc, and second the forward split at a ratio of 100 shares for every one share held prior to today.

Example: if a shareholder held 1,000 shares as of yesterday they would now have 100,000 shares. Concomitantly the share price close of $4.53 would be divided by the 100 to one forward split and todays share price should be .0453. The market value of a shareholder's shares remain the same at market open AFTER the split. However, after market open the market value of shares of a forward or reverse split changes according to market sentiment and company behaviors, eg., dilution, or how long it takes the company's Transfer Agent to forward the dividended shares (all splits are dividends) to each Broker.
