I need just a little bit of help here. On December 16th, they filed a “Notification Of Late Filing”.

I am trying to figure as accurately as possible when to actually expect the filing to take place. I.e. – the new due by date.

Under the “Rules Section” of the Notification Of Late Filing I see the phrase “Prescribed Due Date” mentioned several times. So here are some questions I would love to get answers to.

What was the original “Prescribed Due Date” and where in the future can I get this date?

What is the new “Due Date” pursuant to the delay and how is it derived at?

It appears to be saying that as long as the original due by date was sometime in this month that the filing is now due by the 5th and/or 15th of the following month. So am getting it right here...The 5th or 15th of January we should see reports by then right?
