There are 13.733 million people in Ontario. About 10 million over 24 years old.
I am almost 100% certain the OPP and municipal governments want strict regulations. If people like the LCBO, They will like an LCBO distribution model for Cannabis. Even Vancouver is hammering out restrictive regulations - without federal assistance. The idea that Cannabis is gonna be Lax is a brain dead concept I believe. The whole point of restrict is to take the nefarious trade out of a huge market.
I think serious investors here know what's up. Even with a home grow policy, those buds won't make it into a lisenced establishment. In the same way my $500 wine kit that churns out the best wine in the world ( I guarantee that ) won't make it into the LCBO or any liquor store without proper procedure. No Brainer
