If Treasury did sell when would someone know? Is it possible they have been selling during this sell off.

1. Sometime after the sale. It could be nearly immediate given the cost of each senior preferred share.

2. No. The Treasury does not own junior preferred series or common shares. These are the only types of GSE shares being sold OTC.
