Thanks for that information. Assuming that to be true, it demonstrates these guys are honest and spent the year trying to turn the company around and treating it like a startup where they have all of their own skin in the game. Unfortunately, being honest and hardworking doesn't guarantee success in any business, especially mining, but it is good for the shareholders (and I suppose potential investors) to know the character of the guys in charge. That might make it easier to get the company through the winter and into spring production.
