I think it is mainly their cash position and financing hanging over their heads . I think their lack of detailed communication doesn't help. Tax loss selling is not an excuse for how the stock has performed. The last offering was done for only 10 milion because they didn't want to dilute even more shares at this price. This could shoot them in the foot if the stock price doesn't recover and they have to sell more shares at even a lower price. My opinion is they did to bust out the big guns with some detailed PR's....hopefully they will do this soon!!!!
