I would encourage you both to call and ask your questions. Chas seems to be eager to talk with shareholders and until proven otherwise seems to be very transparent.

VC - I can think of two reasons for his position on stock price but it is just my speculation. First he is overly sensitive to naked shorting because he lost a company because of it. Second if they are working on funding then the better pps thus higher market valuation will be helpful.

But again asking him directly may shed some light.
