Not necessarily, for instance ONVO went from under $1 on the OTCBB to $11 or so on the Nasdaq within a few months and there are many other examples...IMO there is much more chance of a stock being valued correctly on the Nasdaq than the peasant exchange where institutions aren't allowed to buy and naked short crooks roam free. Meanwhile sit tight through the 50c joke share price and wait for the buyout offers. Their ETD technology is unique and revolutionary, all it needs is for the right people to get a hold of it.
