Agreed...with the 3X upside, also have to be ready for 3X downside. Ex.- pps on USLV off 40% from recent highs.

I would rather look at USLV when a full trend reversal has occurred rather than trying to pick a bottom with it. As we are seeing today, doesn't look like bottoms are anywhere to be found yet.
