Baja - no threats - just the way we expect the board to be moderated. We don't have any problem with healthy discussion for or against. If you check some of my post you will see there are several things I have pointed out that I am not happy about. But as a group we are invested heavily in this stock. When someone makes a statement negative or positive we have people here who ask for or give verification. I call it being smart with our money :)

There is, however, a vast difference between pointing out things you might not be happy about or are concerned about and making unsubstantiated negative comments to purposely influence others and or stock price. And if you really don't think that happens in pinky land then I suggest you leave your money in bank savings accounts or mutual funds.

Yes naked shorting is legal but abusing it is not. Unfortunately it opens the door for unethical traders to profit by making false statements and slamming a company despite facts. This can have a substantially negative impact on the company, pps and personal investments. Especially in our information age. And for verification I did a quick 5 second search on google and turned up over 73,000 articles on naked shorting. (I put links to a few at the end of this post) If you scan through the articles you will see that the majority of them put naked shorting in a negative light and nobody questions that the practice is real and can be the most effective when putting out false rumors and innuendo's about a company.

So feel free to come along for the ride. Ask questions. Make comments. Complain that the stock is not moving up as fast as you like. Say you don't personally care for the choice of CEO or president. We will be happy to debate it. But do it for the purpose of making a sound investment decision. If you think a moderator is manipulating discussion you can even bring that up. That is what this board is for and that is what the moderators will enforce. I don't believe that to be an immature position. I believe it to be balanced and appreciate the moderators taking the time to control things. I also don't believe we have fanatics here. Yes everyone is excited about the company and the potential it holds. We all also recognize that it is just potential at present. There are a lot of things that could go wrong or simply don't ever happen. But if they do this stock will probably be the best investment each and every one of us will make over our lifetime.
