Of course if Foley used Aa... aaa... aaaaron HighballWaterTower as a nominee/straw man/cut out - which I doubt because even Foley would nott take that risk of putting a credit card into the hands of a child,

then,

HighballWaterTower could have his lawyer use an insanity or mental disability (incompetent) defense or at least use a psychiatric report to minimize the sentence he'd be subject to.

And that defense would be pretty difficult for prosecutors to rebut. All the defense counsel would need to do is put HighballWaterTower on the stand and let him ramble, while the defense lawyer throws HighballWaterTower's Facebook and WizardOfVegas posts up on a large 4K display screen for the judge and jurors to see.

Then it's "Primal Fear" time, and Aaa... aa... aaaaaron would nott even need Martin Vail to prevail on that defense.
