Thanks, appreciate the info. I took a quick look at the website for Kersey's company, and it is kinda hard to take it seriously. Their "drilling equipment" does not look like anything a typical mineral exploration company would be using.

As for URHG, it is not the first time for a non-SEC filing public company that "new management" came in and was every bit as crooked as the old management. I guess I need to dig a little deeper before I can say much more about it, but I would caution investors here.
