Second topic was on the Magnatek process. They have been working in Rhode Island and have re-tooled the machines. Several key points about the re-tooling:

1 - They will now be introducing heat in the form of an arc wave(?)at the same time they collapse the magnetic field. Mr. Snaper actually discussed this me when I was out there. He thinks it will make it easier to develop a measuring component.

2 - Be able to adapt the tube structure and sizing. In the past they experimented with several different container sizes. Certain sizes worked and certain sizes did not. This is part of developing the precise formula for optimum performance.

3 - Using a different carbonaceous material. Not sure the tooling impacts this but the material used impacts the quality, size and other features of the final product.

Will be testing VERY soon and hope to be able to put out good news on it soon (perhaps even before Christmas). I am not counting on it this quickly but they are obviously fairly well into the process if they even mention it as a possibility.

Hope to move the machines or build their own in Las Vegas (or an unknown/announced) location by the second half of 2016.

Chas has extensive contacts in the semi-conductor/chip industry and will be working to bring on a strategic partner. He mentioned Intel and TI as first choices because they want it to be an American company for patent purposes.

There were a few other things discussed but this is the nuts and bolts.
