Everyone at ERHC absolutely knows me. They know my real name. They know my message board name. And they know I will say the same things to them face to face as I say here. I've talked and met all of them on multiple occasions. Even the receptionist out front said I recognize the name when I gave her my name and ID. I've been around for a while and feel no need to hide behind a message board when I want to get a point across to ERHC management. And, by the way, I never applied for any job at ERHC. That is a myth that many seem way to willing to believe.
