Because this stock, the company that issued it, The people in charge at the company and the people who pump this stock are full of Sh!t!!! If this had any legs Big PHARMA would have swooped and and swallowed it up... It mires in pinky-land because it is a "Great and novel idea" however it is nothing more than a money grab by disgusting greed oriented criminals...
