Price action in the given dates (including today) and L2 do not support your numbers. They are here and they are very active! Wall of shares offered at 0.5199, 0.545, and as soon as someone hit the ask, they dump a few thousand and right after place a lower ask. The didn't go anywhere folks. The bastards are still here. They don't stop.
